Cold Shoulder is the perfect baby blue créme! The formula was so buttery, I got nearly full coverage in 2 coats but threw on a 3rd just with my nails being longer. This one went on so smoothly and evened out on its own, a great créme for nail art or just for a simple, soft mani!
