The dark, moody base gives it plenty of depth, while the metallic shimmer catches the light and gives the shade a beautiful almost steel-like glow. Richly pigmented and smooth to apply, Hecate reaches full coverage in two coats.
Like many of our shimmers, Hecate is packed with pigment and metallic sparkle for maximum color and effect. We highly recommend finishing with a top coat to create a smooth, glossy surface and bring out the full depth of the shimmer.
